Pretty Kitty

I just love this image (a freebie digi image from Motivet) and have been wanting to use it for a while. I've kept a really simple colour combo of white and pink and I'm really pleased with how its turned out.

The white card is from a local stationers, the pink card is Bazzill and the flowers are made with a Sizzix die.

Skattykats Challenge #12

This weeks challenge over at Skattykats is a sketch. My card is a very different style for me, black and lilac is a colour combo I wouldn't normally use but I think it works and I can't remember the last card I made without an image. The prize for all challenge entries until the 31st May is £20 to spend in the Skattykats shop.

You may see a little more from me this weekend as Hubby is away so I've got a few evenings to fill with crafting! and I'm looking forward to sharing my creations with you.

Skattykats #11 - Colour Combo

This weeks challenge at Skattykats is a colour challenge, Kat has chosen four colours and you can use as many or as few as you like. I chose to use pink, blue and green. There is a fantastic prize of a set of Promarkers so what are you waiting for?

Skattykats #10 - No Cards Allowed

Here's my DT project for this weeks Skattykats Challenge - No Cards Allowed. I chose to do a scrapbook page but you could do an altered art piece, ATC etc... anything except a card. There is a unique prize for the lucky winner and you have until 2.30pm next Wednesday to enter.

I've used 'Eclectique' DP from Chatterbox available here, Bazill card, Sizzix die cuts embellished with Liquid pearls and buttons and ribbon from stash.

Skattykats DT Card #9 and Challenges

Good morning all, todays card is my DT card for Skattykats Challenge #9 - Wing it and Bling it. I am also entering it into the following challenge,
Truly Scrumptious #29 - Sketch and theme 'Fly Away'.

Card is WRMK, papers are MME Wild asparagus and the owls are a digi image from Delicious Doodles, sentiment is my own printed from pc.
